We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and device identifiers. When you transact via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, we also hold transaction reference numbers and amounts to reconcile your account wallet history.

We share data only with payment processors (such as UPI rails, Paytm or PhonePe gateways) strictly to route your transaction, and with identity verification providers where required. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

We retain financial transaction records for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations, typically several years. Non-financial personal identifiers are deleted or anonymised at the end of that period. You may contact us to ask about specific data categories.
